About Koji
Koji was born in Japan and grew up overseas. He took his first dance steps at 18 in Colombia, when a friend showed him how. Back in Japan he trained as an instructor at a ballroom studio, and he has now been teaching for more than 16 years, in English and Japanese.

Two left feet? Perfect.

Highly recommend this dance school. … I am very grateful for the guidance I received in both private and group lessons during my time in Osaka. He can teach numerous styles in Japanese and English and the group lessons are fun.
It’s thanks to Koji that, since I started ballroom dancing, I’ve come to feel how much fun dancing is. … Even when I can’t do something, he never dismisses it. He matches each person’s pace and offers encouraging words, so I naturally think, “let’s try a little harder.” … The lessons are bright and warm, yet the content is truly in-depth, and I discover something new every time.
